Privacy Policy of iCallScreen - OS14 Phone App

The Application is intended for people who are competent to contract under applicable law. Individuals who are considered a minor in applicable jurisdictions are not permitted to use this application unless the complete Agreement is seen and agreed by parents or their legal guardians under applicable law.

We are committed to absolutely not collecting personal data regarding the use of Sending and receiving messages. If you agree, click "Agree" to use this application.

We absolutely do not collect any information of users.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

If user grant the permission that means user provide access to his/her personal information. We stores that data only on his/her device. We don’t store their personal or non-personal information anywhere else.
 

1) What information we use and how we use it:

1. Read phone status and identity - This permission allows iCallScreen - OS14 Phone App to recognize an incoming call and to switch between the User System interfaces and call interface.

2. Read your text messages (SMS or MMS) - We do not save or upload your messages. We use this permission to read your text messages when you search messages in search bar or announce the sender name while some one send you a message.

3. Take pictures and videos - We use your device’s camera flashlight and require camera permission. iCallScreen-OS14 Phone App will not take photos and videos by itself and pass it on too any third party.

4. Read your contacts - We do not save or upload your contacts. Permission to access contact information is used when required.

5. Change network connectivity - This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to change network connectivity.

6. View network connections - This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to view network connections.

7. View Wi-Fi connections - This permission is used in settings and notification toolbar, in order to view Wi-Fi connections.

8. Draw over other apps - This permission allows us to free swipe tab to be displayed as a floating window on other apps.

9. Modify system settings - This permission is used in settings, in order to switch or adjust ringtone, vibration and brightness level of the screen.

10. Storage - The app requests permission to access the phone’s storage only in order to store the recorded calls and play the recorded files afterwards. The app does not access any other files nor excess user’s photos.

11. BIND DEVICE ADMIN - BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN Permission is only used for take security against uninstallation of this app from Others. User can also make it disable or enable when it requires.

12. Recording Call – Microphone - We do not hold any recordings or user information on our own servers.



2) Personal Information

We do NOT collect any Personal Information about you. "Personal Information" means personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, physical address, calendar entries, contact entries, files, photos, etc.

We do not collect and even more do not disclose your personal information.

Access to the storage is required in order that you could assign a contact picture which will be stored on your device.

iCallScreen - OS14 App records phone calls. All recorded calls are recorded on the phone using the microphone on the device. The recorded files and related notes are stored on the phone’s storage and NO server is involved with recording phone calls. The recorded calls are not stored on our own server and can only be stored locally

3. Changes to this Privacy Policy:

If the Policy changes, the modification date below will be updated. The Policy may change from time to time, so please be sure to check back periodically.

We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.
